Terms of Service

This is an overview of the terms and conditions of our store. By making a purchase of one of our products or services, you are agreeing to the following. 

 

 

Shipping Flowers

At this time Midtown Bramble and Bloom does not ship cut flowers. Shipping of macrame, wreaths, dried flowers and other non-perishable items is available.

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are based on your purchase method. See below for specific guidelines for Shipping, Fresh Flowers, Subscriptions and Workshop Tickets. Most items are only available for return or exchange if you’ve received the wrong order, or the order arrives damaged in transit. Refunds may not include any shipping, delivery or handling charges associated with the purchase. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 15 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.

 

Fresh Flowers

If your flowers arrive damaged, you must provide photos of the flowers, within 24 hours of receiving your order, so we can properly assess their condition.

Please provide a photo, your order number and a description of the discrepancy to info@midtownbramble.com

Fresh flower orders cancelled within 48 hours may be eligible for partial refund if they have not already been designed. All orders that have been designed and assembled are non refundable, as the blooms can no longer be re- purposed. To cancel your order please contact customer support.

Flower subscriptions are a form of community supported agriculture and the proceeds from the subscriptions are invested back into the farm to purchase seeds, bulbs, compost and other necessities during the winter. Because of this, it is not possible to refund flower subscriptions but it may be possible to exchange them for store credit. 

 

Delivery

We deliver within 7 miles of zip code 38104. If you are located outside of that radius, it may be possible to arrange delivery at an additional fee or you can pick up your order from Urban Earth Nursery at 80 Flicker Street in Memphis. Your order will be delivered by end of day on the day you selected and will be placed on the door step of the recipient. We advise you letting the recipient know that a delivery is headed their way and to be ready to receive it. Because our flowers are harvested fresh from the field, we require at least 24 hours between the time that your order is placed and your requested delivery or pickup date.

 

 

Workshops  and Events 

We ask that before you sign up for a class or workshop with us that you please check your schedule and make sure you are able to make the class you sign up for. All ticket sales are refundable up until 1 week before the event. After that, tickets are no longer refundable because we may not be able to fill your slot.
