Private Workshops and Events
At Midtown Bramble & Bloom, we take pride in offering a variety of options for private events and workshops. Whether you're planning a birthday celebration, a corporate gathering, a sorority event, a bridal shower, or a fun kids' party, we have the perfect solution for you.
Our workshops are designed to engage participants in hands-on activities that foster creativity and connection. You can choose to host your event at our charming shop, where the ambiance is perfect for creativity, or we can bring the experience to you, making it convenient and enjoyable for all your guests.
Pricing for our private events varies based on several factors, including the number of guests, the specific activities you wish to include, and the location of the event. We aim to provide a tailored experience that meets your needs and budget.
Private Workshops
We can offer any of our workshops as a private class for your group. Our most popular options include flower arranging, wreath making and pressed flower frames. Workshops typically last between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the activity. We can host your group at our shop or can come to you.

Our workshops are priced by the number of attendees, but for all private workshops, we have a $500 minimum spend. That usually works out to a minimum of 8-12 people. Smaller groups can always divide out the materials for the extra seats amongst themselves.
There's no additional fee for workshops hosted at the shop outside of normal retail hours. There is also no additional space rental charge for workshops hosted at our shop during normal retail hours, as long as the shop can remain open during your event. If you'd prefer to have the retail shop closed, there may be an additional fee.
For events hosted at your location, there is a 20% travel and service fee.
You are welcome to bring in refreshments to enjoy during your event.
Make Your Own Bouquet Bars

Our bouquet-making experience includes everything you need to unleash your creativity. We provide a stunning mixture of fresh flowers, an adorable flower cart, and all the supplies required to craft your own unique bouquets. Whether you're planning a birthday party, a bridal shower, or just a fun get-together with friends, this activity is perfect for all occasions.
Gather your friends, family, or colleagues and let’s make some magic happen! This hands-on experience not only fosters creativity but also strengthens bonds as you work together to create something beautiful. It's a wonderful way to connect with nature and each other.
Pricing details:
Pricing starts at $500, which includes enough flowers for 25 people to make a small-medium sized bouquet (comparable to a farmers market bouquet). That price also includes rental of our metal flower cart and buckets as well as enough floral wraps, rubber bands and flower food packets for 25. We also provide a compost bucket for cut stems, leaves and other green waste and will handle composting the green waste after the event. You could opt to have guests make mini bouquets, in which case, the flowers could accommodate more guests. Additionally, if you’d like us to have a floral bartender man the cart and help guests wrap their flowers, we offer that for $50 per bartender per hour. If you’d prefer to man the station yourself, we’ll still come and deliver and set up the cart, but you’d be responsible for breaking down and returning the cart at the end of the event. There is a $100 refundable deposit for rented carts where there is no bartender on duty.
If you’ll have more than 25 guests, we can add additional stems and supplies at the rate of $200 per 10 additional guests. For large events (100 guests or more), we can provide additional floral carts.
If there are any flowers leftover at the end of the event, they are yours to keep, as you are paying for a set number of stems to accommodate a set number of guests. Some of our hosts prefer to have us open up the bar for the last 20 minutes of the event and allow guests to take a few additional stems to ensure there are none left.
Parties for Kids and Teens
Want to make sure your child has a memorable birthday? Don't want to be responsible for entertaining 15 kiddos on your own? We've got you covered! We love hosting children's parties where kids can enjoy a flower related craft activity and make some memories at our shop! At the end of the event, children get to take their creation home to enjoy.
We offer a three-hour window (45 mins for set up, 1.5 hours for the party, 45 mins for clean up) for your event when the shop is closed to the public, ensuring an exclusive and uninterrupted experience for you and your guests. You are welcome to bring in your own refreshments and decorations, allowing you to personalize the party to fit your theme and preferences.

Up to 10 guests: $500, plus tax. Up to 15 guests: $$675, plus tax.
Price includes the space rental, a staff member to teach the activity and materials for all students. Parents and babies who don't participate are free.
Please note: Our trained staff will teach the workshop component, but hosts/parents are responsible for ensuring that children are supervised adequately throughout the party. We'll handle clean up of all craft and flower materials. Hosts/parents are responsible for cleaning up and removing any decorations or food.
